Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To be considered, your request must include:

Failure to provide this information within the stated timeframe will result in denial of the claim.

Quality Assurance & Certificates of Analysis (COA)

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • All peptide products are subject to quality control testing prior to distribution

  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for informational and verification purposes only

  • COAs do not guarantee suitability for any particular use or outcome

  • Variations in research results do not constitute product defects

Disputes based on interpretation of COA data, research outcomes, or experimental results are not grounds for refunds or returns.

Shipping Policy (United States Only)

We ship within the United States only.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier

We will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable but are not obligated to issue refunds for carrier-related issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure product quality and freshness. Cancellations are not permitted once processing has begun, and in most cases cannot be accommodated after order placement.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Stripe Compliance)
