Where we ship

Windy City Peptides ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation from our facility in Illinois. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address on the order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Windy City Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by weather or other events outside our control.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the order is handed to the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
